These terms cover your use of the Kalends app and marketing site. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Use of Kalends
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your region) to use Kalends. Use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Google account access
By connecting Google, you grant Kalends read-only access to your calendar data and basic profile/email. You may revoke this access at any time in your Google Account settings.
Content ownership
Your calendar data remains yours. Kalends does not claim ownership of your events and does not sell your data.
Updates & availability
Features may change, and service interruptions can occur. We strive for stability but provide Kalends on an “as is” basis without warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kalends is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or site.
